Chassis Straightening

We specialise in the straightening of accident damaged truck and trailer chassis.

We use a Bee Line machine with OTC Powerteam hydraulics.

Straightening is a cold process, in other words no heat is applied except in extreme cases.

We can straighten truck chassis that are twisted, diamond, bowed or kinked.

Trailers that are twisted or have collapsed etc can all normally be repaired.

You would be surprised at what can be repaired instead of written off and scrapped for the fraction of the price of replacement.

We also straighten truck steering axles, rear axle or diff casings and trailer axle beams.

Track rods can also be straightened instead of replacing.

Tipper trailer chassis and frames and in most cases the tipper body itself can be straightened.
